Dr. Sarah Scholz, DC. C.Ac
Hi, I’m Dr. Sarah Scholz, a licensed Chiropractor with a deep passion for supporting women’s health through every stage of life—from adolescence to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I believe in a whole-person approach to care, empowering women to feel strong, balanced, and well-supported through life’s transitions.
In addition to women’s health, I specialize in gentle, effective chiropractic care for newborns, children, and families. Whether I’m helping a newborn with feeding challenges, a child with growing pains, a teenager with a sports injury, or a parent recovering from the physical demands of parenting, my goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care in a warm, welcoming environment.
I have committed my professional career to creating a safe space where every patient feels heard, cared for, and confident in their body’s ability to heal and thrive - naturally.
My Story
Dr. Scholz is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician. Originally from Lombard, Illinois, she was introduced to Chiropractic Care following a sports related injury. Dr. Scholz soon discovered that Chiropractic care not only helped speed up recovery, but was also able to help her with chronic headaches and associated symptoms. After experiencing the natural benefits of Chiropractic, Dr. Scholz attended the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Board Certification in Acupuncture. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Elmhurst University in Elmhurst, Illinois.
Dr. Scholz particularly enjoys working with Women's Health and Families, as she has advanced training in Perinatal Care and Pediatrics. She is certified in both the Webster Technique for Pregnancy and Perinatal Care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Dr. Scholz is passionate about Chiropractic and treats patients through all stages of life. She strongly believes in individualized care for every patient, utilizing a variety of Chiropractic and Acupuncture techniques.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Scholz enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Marley (whom you might see around at our office!). She stays active through bike riding, weightlifting, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
